The people who parrot “just leave earlier” have a piss poor valuation of what their time is worth. Yes I can leave an hour earlier and guarantee that I’m not late for work, but the 1.5 hours between arriving at work and start of shift are now wasted. I’m not getting paid and I’m not with my family.
If that’s accurate then somebody done screwed up. 4300K HIDs put out the most lumens for a given wattage. As discharge bulbs age the color temperature goes up and the lumens drop.
Actually it’s not intentionally designed that way. Diesel and Leaded gas used the same size nozzle. The smaller nozzle was implemented for Unleaded so that you couldn’t easily put in Leaded by accident. The fact that it also make a diesel mixup harder is a happy accident.
For the record, unleaded nozzles must be 0.85"…
