The publication of Heard’s private interactions with her therapist was indeed a gross invasion of privacy. I’m glad to see the AV Club is addressing it by (checks notes) publishing her private interactions with her therapist.

All I know is I want a top like that so I can drive people nuts!

Hyde-Pierce came out and the last time I checked Grammar was still supporting the fascist thugs who’d like to strip LGBT+ people of all civil rights. There’s probably some tension in that relationship.

Didn’t watch Frasier much, but I always remember this Niles line:

Now playing

Just FYI, the version of “Strawberry Letter 23" heard in S02E01 is the original 1971 Shuggie Otis version (he wrote it when he was 18!).

The Brothers Johnson version came 6 years later, it’s ok (a little funky, a little disco-y), and was a huge hit for them. But not as good as the original:

I support folks doing whatever they need to do to stay healthy, safe, and sane.

I fully support the new trend of if a multiverse is involved, you have to cast Ke Huy Quan

I still like their “Reacts” videos when they have industry stunt performers, animators, and visual effects people who tell cool stories about their work and experiences. Outside of that everything else just seems like youtube quota filler.

Let’s start denying medication and treatment to men in case it affects their sperm?

Me and my 12-year-old daughter just went to the theater to watch a screening of this last night - for the 50th anniversary - and it completely knocked me out. We’re both huge horror fans, but it’s never really been at the top of my favorites list, until last night. It’s kind of a flawless movie. The sound design is

I like like it because Pazuzu is really just some low to mid-level management asshole in the demon realm who thinks he can get a promotion with these stunts. I see this in real life all the time.

Ha!  Despite your best efforts to hide it, I figured out what streaming platform this show is on.

Who burned down the security cameras around campus?”. That was clearly Golden Boy, right? To hide from the cameras while he was melting the statue and placing the phone inside?

I agree with this review almost 100%. It was fun, if heavy-handed, but i’m definitely on-board for now. The Boys’ still hasn’t lost the ability to make me go “WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK” at least once an episode, and i’m a glutton for that kind of punishment.

I like the premise of the show so far (even with all the silly gears needed to get it jump started) but I think what it is lacking is something jumping off the screen to drag us in.  So far the person with the most charisma is a borrowed player from the original who is roughly the 14th most interesting character

Finally AV Club’s using their power of writing about a video but not posting it for good.

I never really noticed it before, but Brand looks a lot like Jordan Peterson, if he’d been raised by happy-go-lucky cultists instead of sad and alcoholic cultists.

It’s a direct correlation with a particular brand of Christianity. You’re a good person who is saved because you say the correct words and think the correct thoughts. You can cheat on your spouse, sexually abuse your children, and work to strip your fellow citizens of basic human rights all the while knowing you are

NICE FUCKIN MODEL *honk honk*

Well, first — I don’t think that was the actual World Between Worlds, since Rebels was pretty clear that you needed to enter via a door... and those doors were pretty well hidden. But that this was a Force vision she was experiencing as she was nearly-drowning.
