Great! There’s so much lore from the comics you can’t gracefully fit into a movie. I was thrilled that Wakanda Forever gave us live action Midnight Angels armor as well as Ayo and Aneka. But it was shoehorned into the story (“Should we use the new armor?”) and they were just cameos with no arc.

Really the opposite is true. The movie catches you up quickly on who these people are and the important things that happened. The actual plot and story is nicely free of serving crossovers or future continuity. That is properly saved for the end credits.
This movie was a major payoff to the Disney+ shows, because while you didn’t need to have seen them, it meant Monica, Kamala, and Kamala’s family were all really well developed by the actors and had natural and lived in beats together.
Also Loki of mythology has punishments like being trapped underground with venom forever dripping on his face. A solitary throne in the branches of time is a relatively light penance. He’s part of the same cosmology as the fate-weaving Norns so he’s probably qualified to weave narratives.
In the Expanse we never directly meet living aliens, it’ll be fun to see how the writers depict getting swept up in an advanced civilization instead of stirring its lethal long dead ashes.
