Tyler responded to another comment asking basically the same thing. The answer is "semi-autonomous". There is no one at the controls but it has a desktop-like user interface to command it to refuel. That's my understanding at least.

I can’t wait to hear more. I am seriously considering getting a 4C. Also, probably a poor decision but who cares, it will be my only mode of transportation for a while. Hopefully this summer I will have saved enough to make a comfortable down payment.
