My W8 wagon, I tossed the stock airbox and put a K&N filter in it and a new grill. I love the sound of that motor. And the AWD is so awesome in all the rain we have here in the Seattle area. It has it’s issues, but that’s OK.

Now you tell me, been there done that.

And that’s the back of the motor, plus the 12v actuated cam timing adjusters. But I love my W8.

I bought a commuter car (2000 passat wagon) with scrapes down both sides, I was amazed at the extra room people gave me. Drove it for 2 years. Bought a straight, nice looking ‘03 passat W8 wagon, still had the temp plates on it when I was side swiped.....
