Wendy’s is a shadow of it’s former self. They used to have some good burgers for a national chain. That ship sailed a while ago and now they have some of the worst burgers.

Employees are the biggest fraction of stealing from a company. I’ve seen a lot of it. So UP employees or former employees I can believe are a big fraction of the theft.

I keep my house 72-74 throughout the year anyway. If I had an elderly dog I would put a heating pad/throw on or under it’s bed.
If he was hiding information from the board, they can legally claw back pay and bonuses he earned. If he engaged in criminal behavior they can do more.
