That’s just good use. You can’t keep a well used dutch oven stain free. It’d be kinda weird to keep it stain free. 

There are people on the ATK/CI group on FB that obsess about any stain on their cookware/bakeware. Like they freak when the outside of a pan has a stain. 

My older baking sheets have splotches and stuff but mostly shiny. I clean them after use but that they look totally shiny isn’t important to me. Same thing with my pans, how the outside looks isn’t important to me and doesn’t effect how they cooks.

I have to say for me eating while drinking and drinking quality booze with less impurities certainly help with the morning after.

I like the butter bell and it works well for me. For me it’s the winter when it’s cooler that the butter has a tendency to fall out. It’s only a little annoying.
