When I buy a soft cheese I usually set it out at room temperature for a day or two before eating. I like it when the cheese gets gooey.

In the area of the town I live in there are many lifted trucks and off road vehicles. They are for the most part assholes. I despise them and I grew up dirt biking. 

The policy may have been around for a while but I bet the record of enforcement on their 30 properties isn’t consistent and what constitutes a violation is subjective. I bet it wouldn’t survive legal challenge. I hope they’ve kept good records and have taken pictures.

I really like the ATK/Cooks Illustrated cookbooks. I have several on Kindle. The vast majority of the recipes I’ve tried have come out real good. Some of the recipes are a little too busy for me so I skip them but otherwise they are good.
