Yeah at the 59,000 price point, I would spend the extra couple thousand and pick up a 550i. CP
I've been restoring a '66 GTO for a while now, but recently have had the urge to turn it into a fairly ridiculous rat rod. Would you do it or would you stay original? I know the purists would cry restore, which is kind of why I want to turn it into a rat rod, but curious what you guys would do.
Yeah the wookong had a lot more capability than I needed, but may run one eventually if I step up to something quite a bit larger. I will definitely be in contact with you about FPV gear for my quad sometime in the next few weeks.
Ah ok. I fly a HT-FPV with a dji naza lite/gps, so far I'm quite impressed with the naza lite flight control.
I take it you work for DJI?
Thank you.
Looks to me like either it was a DJI naza/wookong that freaked out, or he was flying on Rate mode and sneezed...
However I'm sure cost drove the design significantly, since they are marketing to the entry level/low price point market.
Agreed.
After knowing about the v10 prototype car Honda put together...the v6 version sound so disappointing. The sound doesn't match the look of the car.
I drive a DCT 135i and I am tired of it. The transmission has a few annoying quirks that can only be experienced when you drive one everyday. For instance, when im coming to a stop with the A/C on occasionally it will die or have to rev to keep the RPM's up and then it lurches forward. This is INSANELY annoying. I…
To bad that chick wasn't there to Vine it.
Obligatory
Tandem is wheel to wheel :)
Check out the DJI F450 you can get it as a package deal for around $350-400 with everything except for your transmitter/receiver and a lipo battery, as long as you buy the kit with the DJI Naza Lite.
I fly a Hubsan X4 improved edition out in our shop all the time. It is a fun little quad that is quite easy to learn how to fly, and has plenty of power to keep it interesting. I've crashed it into numerous solid objects and yet it still lives. It is the same as the traxxas and estes quad without the name brand…
Correction, its a homebuilt prototype that is similar in layout to the QAV.
That's not an AR drone filming. Judging by the shadow its a QAV540G quadcopter filming.
MDU Pro-am is actually amateur events. Not terribly difficult to get involved with, just need to put in some practice at the public days and be willing to travel to events.
