I feel like Singles is the more mature sibling of Reality Bites with the added bonus of dreamy, dorky Campbell Scott.

It's intended to extend the line of the leg and make your elements look more visually fluid, since the white skates cut you off right at the ankle (kind of like how a short person looks taller in jeans than capri pants). Semi-tangential aesthetic question: is anyone a fan of the hose-over-skate nude illusion look? Personally, I think the white skates look so crisp and fresh, especially with the usually bright-coloured outfits, that I don't really understand why they do this...but that's just my taste.

But could Carrol have taken a down on his luck hockey player, and a temperamental and spoiled figure skater, and turned them into champions? Frank Carrol is no Anton Pamchenko.

Did anyone else ever see her "Victoria Beckham: Coming to America" special on NBC (I think)? It was quite possibly the greatest hour of television I have ever viewed, and I've been a fan of hers since then. The lady imitating the dolphin was MAY-JUH.
