I played about five hours of the Xbox One version and, while I was enjoying it, the aiming controls were so frustrating to me - big deadzone, weird acceleration, etc.

Great, even more modes to stretch the PC playerbase even thinner. It’s really hard to find matches as it is if you’re not switching between the 3 most popular of the 10 or so modes.
