There’s trolls! Are trolls okay?

But...everything is cabbage. oO
It depends how you define density for a black hole, really. The singularity could be infinitely dense, or not-it’s kind of an open question. But if you consider the event horizon the ‘size’ of a black hole, their apparent densities can be ridiculously low. Like in this case, its overall density would be 0.9% that…
The Schwarzschild radius of this monster would be about 800 AU, that is 800 times the Earth-Sun distance. If it were to replace the Sun it’s “surface” would out at 26 times Neptune’s orbit.
Thanksgiving food coma?
Wow, I can actually say “ok boomer” here and not feel dirty!
Should call them “dummy barriers” so we can at least feel a bit more Ghost in the Shell...
Five years late, but,
If I’m reading things correctly it does, since the defendant is effectively admitting they did the thing but have exonerating or justifying circumstances, and they must then prove those circumstances. The burden of proof is lighter, though (preponderance of evidence instead of beyond reasonable doubt). I’m hardly a…
IIRC claiming self-defense is what’s called an “affirmative defense”, which kinda-sorta shifts the burden of proof onto the defendant.
Can we please just stop tipping? It needs to die in a fire.
But...lasers have recoil. Okay, not a lot, but p = E/c and all that.
Nobody really knows, yet. A working theory of quantum gravity would probably help, but that’s still unresolved, too.
That’s the collision between colloquial meaning and scientific meaning, I guess.
Honestly, if you somehow had the magical machine that could actually reproduce a person in that fashion, they’d absolutely be real.
How’re we going to launch a catcher’s mitt large enough to snag that?
That happened when the Valar—who are basically the gods of Middle-earth—destroyed the island
But this begs another important question:
The one time hockey players should be punching the shit out of someone, and they don’t. XD
AFIAK yes, gravitational waves should redshift in similar fashion to light, though it’s apparently difficult to tease out of the signals.
