I think the problem is they have the reviews backwards. The reviews shouldn’t be for parsing out if some judgement call is on this side of that side of the arbitrary line that you need to draw because there is a continuum. Say with catches. It laso is sort of bizarre that people who are ostensibly pro-labor, are all for a secondary owner class like the MLBPA members sucking up all the surplus value from the game instead of say the programmers and business side staff who actually created much of the new revenue.
