I too, play on PC, and I agree. Even if I have the ability to do many many things at the same time, I don't because when I play games, I'm not doing anything else.

I'mma PC gamer, I have 9000% better multitasking than this, but I still don't use it when I'm playing games. This feature is fucking stupid and uselessly takes away system resources that could be used for powering games. System resources that the xbox one is clearly struggling for.

I'm guessing that the wall closest to the player somehow didn't register as "broken" so the game continues not rendering the surfaces behind it in order to save resources. When they look through the door the surfaces are rendered since there's a clear line of sight to the objects.
