Actually, this is a traffic simulation from the game Cities Skylines (think SimCity). TMPE and NeXT are traffic mods to add more control to traffic flow in the game.

Just out of question, what keeps you from flicking the switch while you are alone? Usually, HOV lane enforcement is done by cops but they would have no way of knowing what your switch is set to. Do the toll sensors take a picture and look for a passenger? What if the passenger is in the back seat ie. Uber car?

Get used to it. This is the way the whole country is moving with education, medical coverage, and retirement, based on current state and federal government policies. The rich are entitled to whatever they want, everyone else can suck it. The notion of “Public Resources” will be as quaint as a hat with dodo feathers in

No they don’t think it’s ok to charge nearly $40 to use it, this morning they actually charged $40 even so there’s that.

Exactly, how can this be a good thing?!?

Sorry, how is this a good thing? Interstate 66 is a public road funded by tax dollars and someone thinks it’s okay to charge nearly $40 to use it? That’s insanity. Especially since EZ pass is getting a cut

I think the key sometimes is to find the pocket of people you get along with among the wider community.

You’re a troll, right? Tell us you’re a troll, because otherwise you’re stupid. It’s obviously greedy to “save money” by destroying someone else’s property so you don’t have to buy your own.

Mercedes used to brag they spent $1million US a DAY on research... why this was any different I don’t know. Very strange.

If FCA wants one, sure they can ask Mergio Sarchionne to order one?

What a bunch of wankers. RENTING a car for internal research? And it’s MB, they’ve got LOADS of cash to afford to take apart hundreds of cars if they needed to. Instead, they screwed over a small business owner, all for the cost of 2-3 brand new MB cars (i.e. a new Tesla). Corporate greed continues in all countries

I mean, there are probably used low mile ones for sale.

I suspect there’s more to this story than meets the eye, there’s companies that literally take cars apart and document them as a business model. They sell the information to OEMs and part suppliers as comparison data. This testing is EXTREMELY extensive and comprehensive, Daimler could have easily bought this

If you can’t beat em, rent their customer cars and tear them apart.

Rent it and wreck it. My motto for Airbnb toilets, and I guess for Mercedes when it comes to opposition research.

Yes, more folks have been emboldened to show their true racist selves since Trump became President. Way back when..one could expect overt racism in the South in places like Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama and of course even on the East coast in Florida but it was more covert in the North. The reality is theyre

Since Trump it seems like this kind of shit is more socially acceptable... maybe that people who were hiding their racism feel more comfortable coming out with it now? Is that the case? Or am I just projecting?

Nope. The day Trump got elected, my Massachusetts neighbor started flying the confederate flag in front of his house instead of the US flag (ironically, but not unsurprisingly, right next to the flag with Jesus on it). I’ve seen a few more since. You used to see the occaisional small confederate flag sticker on a

1. Yes, Trump’s election has emboldened the casual and not-so-casual racists to be more open about it.
2. Cell phones and social media have allowed us to capture and spread more of these incidents.

Serious non-trolling question from an early 30's white dude from Canada...
