Yup. No atonement, no forgiveness.

The people who like Twitter might be the ones looking for another platform soon. 45 supporters want to make sure he can keep using it as his personal propaganda machine:

This show airs on CBS you say? The same network with Michael Weatherly and Marv Albert? Quelle surprise.

Now playing

This is the latest in a long list of things 45's campaign has used to make a LOT of money and new contacts to increase his base (see below from last year):

Correct.  That they changed this to something worse says a lot about the writers of the show.  They used this to get attention, not to do anything meaningful with the character or the the series.  Mission accomplished, I guess.  It’s just led me to tune out completely.

Spoiler alert:

I get the feeling they’ve already crunched the numbers on profiting from this. With their “makers and takers” mentality, they figure fewer takers means more in their pockets from whoever survives. Just like shrinking the middle class and figuring out ways to squeeze them for money after draining ever last dime from

Public health efforts to fight polio went on far longer than rationing, too. Maybe we’re seeing the proof of those studies that regular use of technology makes people less patient:

Just like the testing (and insulin), I can imagine how well pricing and distribution of a vaccine will go.

Great point. I think Paul Allen used to talk about how some media companies feed into that addiction. It reminds me of 45's need to fake being on magazine covers and lie about his income to seem successful.

Maybe we can get them to sign waivers refusing medical treatment so their heirs can’t sue anybody for letting them drop. After that, we just need some empty malls to throw them into for their pox/shop-til-you-drop parties. Like-minded business owners can run the stores.  Win-win.

Don’t forget about the White elite. Those in positions of power and influence really don’t want anyone else to have these things, because it would cut into their profits. They convince folks with less money that a) it’s other people’s fault there’s not enough to trickle down and give them a better standard of living,

All the news had the Governor’s announcement to wear masks in public. SEPTA is public transportation:

Transit workers are dying. Wearing a mask while Black is a risk, but I’m not gonna call telling people to cover their faces in public “ill-advised.” People complain about the limited schedules, but it could get worse. Public transit could get shut down completely if transit workers stage a walkout.

Will add this to another reading of Throw Them All Out:

By now we know the script - it’s only a problem if Other people do it. That could mean political party, race, gender, orientation, income level, etc..

Well, they want us to believe she’s such a sheep to allow the super-expensive group helping her to pick a country that allows extradition to the U.S.. Also, when are writers going to show us a character fleeing from the law who has the good sense to at least put on a hat and sunglasses? They run around showing their

Came for this - can’t believe I had to scroll this far to find it. Merci!

Now I miss those reruns of Rosemary & Thyme. Of course, they followed the pattern of Woman’s Name. Every episode made me wonder if breaking and entering is legal in Great Britain, if you’re doing it to solve a murder.

In today’s news, they’re boarding up the closed stores.
