Get Infinite, it's worth every $. As for Bioshock 2, I'd say skip it, unless you really want more rapture, cause it doesn't really do anything new.
Although Steam is DRM, it allows me to access my game & my saves from jut about anywhere. That's the beauty of it. Not to mention that I could access games from my Mac without having to purchase a separate Mac copy as well.
