Hammer another nail into the coffin of the concept of ownership, ladies and gentlemen.

It will eventually get out of hand. They will go the way of YouTube or something worse.

The problem comes with games such as GTA V and Fallout 3, which use licensed music within the game.

A bad day can excuse you for being an asshole. A bad day cannot excuse you for calling somebody a "faggot nigger" because you're mad. If that's okay when you're mad then obviously the problem stems a bit deeper than a bad day.

So no one can catch the 'swatters'? But somehow we can find welfare cheats who cheat the government out of a couple hundred bucks?

What is the legal punishment for this prank? If the answer is anything less than 1 year in prison, the punishment is way too light. I have never heard of the prankster being punished appropriately...so take a guess why this keeps happening.

The main thing this video does, aside from highlighting the word no, is to remind me how many great moments have happened in the Uncharted games. Cannot wait for the next.

I don't think it's fair to cite stats like that in the absence of evidence in this instance of what did or didn't happen. I assume Temkin is innocent until proven guilty, as I hope everyone else does.

So if one white and one black male were murder suspects you would automatically deem the black one to be guilty because statistical record? It's funny how people can pick and choose when they are in favor of profiling.

You didn't say it was unreasonable, but you did describe it as "not cool", "kind of gross", and all around portrayed it as if he is doing something wrong or unreasonable, with one of your paragraphs coming close to mocking him as if he is indeed doing something unreasonable. I will quote:

Don't take this the wrong way, but you are a fucking idiot and a terrible journalist.

But you are raking him over the coals for not "starting the conversation" over whether something like that is rape. He denies having sex with her and that's where this should probably end as far as being in the public eye. Any thing further are issues that can be taken up with an attorney present. God the Tumblr

The fact that you don't even remotely consider that he might not actually have done something wrong is appalling. Your entire post is written with the strong assumption that one way or the other he did something wrong and should apologize for it; it's incredibly close minded and it's hard to believe you wrote this.

Are you in support of damning 1-8% of people that get falsely accused because statistically you'd be accurate? As someone that has dealt very closely with both rape victims and victims of false accusation this offends me. It's a horrible accusation to make if it didn't happen which is why the numbers are low, but it

You do realize He's defending not only himself but his business right? or did you miss the part in your own article where it states that she wants people to Boycott CAH?

Put yourself in his shoes and if someone basically said Boycott Kotaku because Partricia Hernandez Did this or Said this or is Making Kotaku look

No it's absolutely not. At least in the context you are using. We don't convict on probability and we shouldn't in the public view either.

So are you saying, statistically, he's guilty?

I'm sorry, but I'm completely confused as to why what he said, in his first paragraph, was wrong.

He flat out stated, "We never had sex."

... When did rape get reclassified to making out? Or is this a social redefining of rape that I haven't kept up on, not the actual legal definition?

He wasn't even making this about
