If it weren’t for the fact that they can dismantle the entire government, I’d be 100% with you (currently 80% with you because, yeah, it does make it better).

That’s a stunningly dumb response. As I stated in the actual comment, it was for a writer. Specifically, someone with specialized knowledge of a given industry that they would be reporting on. If you think that’s a job anyone can walk in off the street and do, you have no idea what you’re talking about.
13 Ways of Killing a Mockingbird is a very important book, okay? One of my favorites. It was assigned at Wharton, where I went. We were supposed to read Paradise Lost, too. No thank you! I prefer my paradises regained. Don’t you love it?
“To wrap it up, the main character certainly spent most of the book On the Road, which is probably where it gets its title. But is the road a metaphor? I think it’s pretty clear”.
I really think there should be a show where Trump and a random person off the street are asked questions about current events and policy. Even knowing how stupid the average person is, I bet they would still know more than the President.
Yeah, he is smart and hilarious. He was also the one who asked the question that led to the grizzly bear thing.
Jesus, he could have woken Ivanka up to ask. She has an actual Wharton degree.
I mean, the answer is complicated, and it does kind of depend.
“[Trump] called his national security advisor at 3 am with a pressing question he needed answered—is a strong or weak dollar better for the economy?”
I hope so, though I’m already seeing articles about how her
supporting Clintonowning a vagina means she isn’t “pure” enough to run in 2020. (GOD DAMN IT,LIBERALS.BERNIE BROS)
They just telegraph their weaknesses so delightfully.
As great as it would be, I’m not sure a woman and a Jew have a great chance in these free to be a bigot times.
Warren/Franken 2020: Witty AF.
I just heard my senator, Dick Durbin, on MSNBC. Apparently Sen. Warren, with her popularity and articulateness (is that a word?) gets under the Repubs skin like no one else in the senate. So it was personal.
She is the only person I think who can truly unite the Bernie people, with her laser-like focus on wealth inequality, and Hillary people, with her intersectional views on social issues.
Warren/Obama 2020!
If she didn’t want the job before, seeing the consequences of a Trump presidency has changed her mind. Too bad Booker isn’t from a swing state or we’d have the ticket right there.
There is no fucking way Warren is not running in 2020... they are setting her up and she is rising to the occasion.
