The special effects and costuming were great, but the writing was just abysmal. Viewers who did stick around til the end were not rewarded.

Seriously. Expanse was FANTASTIC. LOTR was....kind of ok. For the money they spent, 2 more seasons of the Expanse would have been a better investment.
I genuinely think Ada’s voice performance is terrible (It comes across as very phoned in to me, personally.) but review bombing and harrassing is a ridiculous response to the whole thing. I detected very little of the sarcasm or confidence the author detected. Just sounded like someone reading lines and occasionally…
I went twice. It’s badass. So fun. I am a movie theatre big screen junkie though and always prefer to see them first that way. It’s damn good man.
There’s literally a joke in the Rescue Rangers movie that all of Seth Rogan’s voice over characters sound exactly like Seth Rogan.
Y’all know this is just a paycheck for a kid’s movie to them? If you’re a grown-up concerned that legit actors aren’t going all in on this nonsense, I’m concerned for you.
This is a movie for little kids, Sisi
I don’t mind his voice for DK. In fact, I think it’s a pretty good fit. This just seems like another article in which Kotaku takes the opinion of a vocal minority on Twitter and blows it out of proportion.
I guess my assumption is (especially with the 10 min reveal of Tears coming up) that Nintendo’s idea is that promoting the first game promotes the second without revealing anything new (and also potentially gives Nintendo more sales of BotW).
1. First time using a bath bomb? I’ve seen far worse color outcomes from other Lush bombs. At least you’d EXPECT this one to turn the water yellow.
that was sad except for the Titanfall guy who was just an idiot.
Accessibility is vital. For each The Name of the Wind, there’s a faintly disguised LoTR fanfic being cranked out with 17 prepositions to every noun. While prose is important, fantasy is built as a platform for imaginative stories and unique ideas. Don’t get me wrong—prose makes or breaks a story—bad prose can tear…
LexW you’re coming across a lot more angry and toxic than the person you replied to. It’s jarring to read.
No joke, I read the headline as “execs” and thought this was going to be about games that shut down their services because company executives wanted to save money on underused servers.
Figaro Castle in Final Fantasy VI - it’s not too flashy but it can travel underground (for reasons that are still unclear to me)
Bring back couch co-op in every game. Stopped buying many of my favorite games after they ditched couch co-op. Just isn’t the same experience playing on separate screens
Counterpoint: we are so conditioned by games not allowing us to do things that are possible in the real world, that it is immensely helpful to have clear signposting as to what things we are allowed to interact with. How many games give you an axe and surround you with indestructible trees/barrels/doors/houses? More…
The roller-coaster at the end of the universe.
If I had something I thought was worth almost half a million dollars, I’d sell it somewhere other than eBay.
