I wonder if military equipment manufacturers have done any cost/benefit analysis about how it might be more profitable for them to push back against the DOD when the DOD asks for changes to a platform that will make it stupid, since stupid platforms don’t seem to get built in the number originally projected.

I don’t get it. The Switch is a totally normal console, with a normal control scheme. There’s nothing you have to find to take advantage of it. The only distinguishing characteristic is that it’s underpowered (again) and that it could, if you wanted, support local co-op.

Except that, if you’ve ‘upgraded’ to Microsoft Security Essentials, it turns Windows Defender off so that it (MSE) can run, which means either Defender isn’t causing the problem or you can’t get into it to add the exception.
