Ugh I envy you! I have the same type of hair but have not had your results. I don’t shampoo much (I work from home these days, and only ‘do’ my hair when I have to). So I either have clean dull hair that won’t hold a curl; or really oily hair that I tie up in a knot at the nape of my neck.

I -think- washing your hair encourages more natural shedding (just out of like, gravity and the water and all) than simple brushing. So your hair IS probably thicker because you’re not shedding as often. If that made sense.

This is reason #1,246 why I haaate Christmas in general and flying home for Christmas particularly.
