Titanic is one of the worst big Oscar-bait movies ever produced, by a director who is well known (and to myself - been there!) for his arrogance and bad temper.

I could be wrong here (copyright is not my field of law) but I think, in order to violate copyright, the plagiary has to be substantive. As in, it has to be more than a simple turn of phrase. It has to have a significant (or readily recognizable) impact on the piece - a major character, the concept of the piece

Thanks for getting back to me. Yeah, to retire there I think (roughly) you have to be over 55, no dependents, have about $500K in the bank, and have health insurance. I -might- be able to hit that amount of coin by the time I’m 55 (in three years) but I’m not the least bit sure. And by then the rules will change,
