I hear Bond discovers the evil plot as he stops for 2 hours at a charging point.

I like what I’m seeing, except for that C pillar treatement. That seems lifted right off the new Accord... they stayed close to the Escala design, why did they change that piece?

We’re not talking about a dude losing his transportation to work because of a joint in his cup holder here.   This is a bit different.   If the Feds can prove that the cars were bought with the proceeds of illegal activity there’s nothing anyone can do.

Amazingly. Their identity fell off a cliff when they decided to “Q” all of the things. Threw away a bunch of brand equity with the G sedans that were actually very competent and competitive in their day and never gained it back.

Setting price aside, if you don’t like this car you can GTFO

I’ll take a drab Buick over whatever the hell Acura and Lexus have been up to

NP because it comes with a Lego man wearing a hat in the engine bay.

There’s no rational reason to like this car as much as I do, but car fandom is itself irrational.

Just based on the “never messed with” and engine swap, bov, straight pipe etc combined with the “10” interior with seats taped together and pillar gauges, CP. This thing has so many surprises that are disclosed, certain doom awaits the owner with undisclosed BS.

I have several Millennial friends that feel we need to adopt this same system.

Always read the fine print.

ARM YOURSELVES! HOLD THE DOOR AGAINST THE SJWs!!

Bade engineered? I love how people throw that term around when something shares a platform with something else. Nothing but the platform is shared with other GM models, and Epsilon II was a solid platform anyway.

And you have strong opinions about car design for someone who is visually impaired.

I’ll pass on this one. Counting down the days left until 2036 when I can legally import one of the 27 NG 9-5 SportCombis in existence to the US. Hopefully a few will survive.

Or we could work harder on educating pedestrians to not walk out into the road without looking, keep a closer eye on their kids, and have cyclists and bikers keep to the fucking edge of the road.

If you’re seriously asking that I wonder why we’re on Jalopnik. Off the top of my head:
1. It pisses off Range Rover purists.
2. It pisses off BMW purists.
3. It now makes turbo noises, and with some tweaking can probably shoot fire out the exhaust.
4. It now has a manual.

That is....quite simply, the WORST looking minivan I have ever seen.

Oh but it’s okay guys, because we offer the new EcoSport in America instead!”

Maybe they should talk to the new owners of opel for a model.
