completely agree...i swear every single person i meet with jail broken device is always bragging "ho ho ho i didnt have to pay for my apps *wink*" if i had a nickle for all the times i heard that sorta line when im demoing a cool game i just bought.
The in-app store in iOS is easily hacked, even on non-jailbroken devices.

I think the question isn't, are there legitimate reasons why one would jailbreak a device. The question should be, can you tell me what I should use as a replacement method for avoiding piracy besides preventing my game from running on jailbroken devices.

I've spend a good 50 hours or so on it and I've loved every minute of it. It's got the same "Just one more turn!" addictive quality of a Civ game combined with a great user interface and satisfying mechanics.
