Sorry, I don't think I made it clear enough that my point was that harassing them on Facebook for literally years is uncalled for - not that there is no place for criticism of the ME3 ending. I agree with your point entirely. But something tells me when the next ME comes out people will still be trolling them about…

A couple examples that come to mind for me are whenever Mass Effect or Civilization post to Facebook. In ME's case, they get trolled every time by a mass of people demanding "FIX THE ENDING". Even after all this time. In the case of Civilization, it's "FIX THE AI".

There's a lot to be said / discussed about the current state / direction of Nintendo. However, I wouldn't lend much credibility to an exec at EA, the only company to win Consumerist's 'Worst Company in America' award for 2 consecutive years, particularly when he's talking about what customers want.
