They're not really going to call it Whore of the Orient are they?

Sadly I think they're gonna keep spoon-feeding a couple NES games at a time for awhile. Because Nintendo has learned nothing from iOS at all.
Well at least release it on the 3DS virtual console then!
I don't know why this is so funny but I'm cracking up. Thank you.
Yep, that pretty much sums it up.
I played various CCGs as a preteen/teenager, and that sensation of opening a pack and seeing what you got was very thrilling. However, it was always 9-13 cards for $2-$3. $5 for 2 is an insane ripoff and it's hard for me to imagine that it would hold the same excitement.
And yet FF6 still holds up incredibly well.
Exactly. This is something I was very concerned about in the N64 / PS phase where EVERYTHING had to be ported to 3D, and often the results were atrocious. Lots of 3D games lack timelessness, and require HD remakes to make them playable. Ocarina of Time and Mario 64 were great, but what I would have given for another…
Do you recall any specific time you wrote or said something critical about a game, and the publisher / developer listened or took action in response? With great power comes great responsibility.
I love the 3DS, but a deal once in a while would be nice!
If the next-gen was hitting 3-4 years ago, when music / dance games were the flavor of the moment, I wonder if they would have seriously considered bundling it with a Guitar Hero guitar or other instrument peripherals.
Thanks for your response, and for that Hollywood article.
Where does your cash go? Too many roads? Buildings? Unit maintenance?
You may be right, but I think your arguments would be better presented as a multi-part series, addressing the issues individually. It's an interesting topic, and I for one would enjoy a more detailed exploration. As I read the article, I thought some of your points were very informed, but a little underdeveloped and…
The warrior can't move, but I don't think it's actually that bad. Your capital could only be attackable via navy, tons of food resources, marble. some of those other hills will probably yield iron or oil later in the game. As soon as you can build fishing boats and embark land units you'll be fine.
Next there's going to be a Lego Star Wars movie, with accompanying Lego set and Lego Star Wars video game, which will also have a Lego set.
Do you know which consoles will get this game?
I would love Steam a lot more if they would abandon the HTML5 approach and rebuild the client natively.
You mean "immediately", sheesh.
I have had no such luck, but please post if you ever find it.
