I was hoping someone would mention this. I LOVE this game! Sadly I can't find my copy and they've never re-released it to my knowledge. The combat was clunky but the rest of the experience was amazing. I feel like we'll never see a true sequel, since the watered down successor Empire At War was not that great. But in

In a similar vein, Spiderman & X-men for Super Nes. You get to this screen and think HELL YES.

I've found that opening all my ship doors to air it out usually resolves this issue.

It's a great price for a great game, but they've run some great sales on it in various forms over the past year or so. Brave New World isn't going on sale anytime soon, as it was just released. You may find a bundle on sale soon with Gods and Kings and some of the DLC (which is meh), but it definitely won't be any

There are plenty of sites where the provisioning on App Store downloads has been cracked and you can download pirated copies for free. And honest was the author's choice of words, which I quoted. I was definitely not trying to insult anyone. I was asking for some facts about jailbroken users in the App Store to

Do you sleep at night or do you just fall into a vegetative state as you add items to your cart in Steam? If it's the latter, you may have a problem...

186 GAMES?! I suddenly feel a lot better about not playing my copy of Bioshock 2.

That makes sense and it's a fair point (better than your point that I'm a troll). I wasn't even defending Eidos, I was saying the article doesn't really provide any tangible grounds for me to share in the moral outrage. Apparently I didn't get the memo that everyone on Kotaku jailbreaks their phone and still pays for

Makes sense. The article is loaded with moral outrage, is all, and I have no basis for shaking my fist in fury. I had no idea people were even interested in jailbreaking and still using the App Store.

Oh my god someone has a different opinion from you! Go away

OK, that makes sense, and thanks for explaining. Like I said, I have no personal experience with it as a user - I wasn't trying to troll, just questioning the assumptions the article makes.

My experience with jailbreaking is limited to apps I worked on showing up on jailbreak sites for free, which is exactly what Eidos is worried about. The truth is, a lot of people jailbreak iOS devices to pirate games.

Tell me more of this. How's the combat? Does the end-game really drag? Any other strong feelings about the game?

Anyone strongly recommend Endless Space?

Ah that's cool, WiiU only though.

Well it was posted in /r/gaming quite a while ago. Seems a little strange for it to pop up on Kotaku over a week later, given the content turnover on there.

The plotline for the 3rd JJ Star Trek could be that everyone in the Federation is actually dead, and the first two movies were about their time in purgatory. Or maybe they could just stop the storyline dead in its tracks and go 20 years into the future where bald men move really fast and read minds, and Kirk can lead

Everytime there's an article about Civ there are a few people who absolutely must make us all aware that they don't like the game. Stop the presses!
