I think a major reason it isn’t is that with renting a dress there’s a big chance it won’t fit properly and since it’s not yours you can't alter it. But like mazzie d said, if you're a standard size then that seems like a really good option.

Re: the dine and dash a hairdo. There was a woman that went and got a weave installed, and she said she had to go to the atm to get cash because she didn’t have any on her. The stylist said it was fine, and asked her to leave her purse behind as a sort of collateral.

I would like to know this as well. But I think it probably depends on the stylist, because if I were doing hair I wouldn't want to talk. But I imagine some people do.

That's a good point, and a good reason to be bothered. I'm sure there are many celebrities that underwent similar transformations, but the difference is they didn't grow up in the public eye. So Kylie didn't have much of a choice but to fess up.

I don’t think it’s insane. If you’re the kind of person who has considered renting a dress then you’re probably also the kind of person who doesn’t care about keeping the dress around forever as a keepsake.
