Honestly, I don’t agree. I think that KT makes SOME good points, on occasion, but most of what’s written in her reviews are unrelenting hate, and an obsession with the ‘bury your gays’ trope that can only be resolved by Stammets and Culber IDDQD and IDKFAing themselves.

My problem is finding the time to watch what’s already on my list.

Its similar because you’re never going to get anything reasonably like objectivity when a person is reviewing something that they hate. You can make the argument that someone who loves the show will not see the negatives, which is a fair point BUT their reviews would at least be positive.

This is the movie franchise Michael Bay was made for... and he will not be considered, or he will pass.

IWait... maybe this is a memory from another timeline, but i thought KT left io9 some time ago, which I assumed was from a desire to never see another episode of Discovery ever again.

I’m on the fence. I enjoy it to some extent but I’m kind of bored of them being surrounded by opportunists and assholes. Then again, I suppose if they had set the season in DC it would likely be the same.
