Purple, Green, Abrams.

While I appreciate the time and effort you put into your reply, I don’t get the snark at the top. Yeah, I don’t have a full understanding of the process. That’s why I asked.

Friday nights became Galactica date nights for my wife and I back then.

If any film should, Dark City should get the B&W (noir/chrome) treatment.

That took me a moment, LOL

I thought Friday night turned out to be a good night for sci fi TV.

Honest question - is the “Noir” version (of both this and Fury Road) more than just a de-saturated version of the same film? Can we get the same effect by dropping color on our TVs? Or was the film tweaked (contrast/exposure, etc) to optimize the B&W look?

This sounds like a very, very bad thing for people who like DRM-free music.

This isn’t about American audiences wanting everything to have an explanation, though when you’re creating a prequel to fill in the blanks an explanation is not an unrealistic expectation. Being enigmatic isn’t a bad thing. A well written, well acted, well directed film that leaves questions unanswered is not bad.

Up to $35. Realistically much less.

Who hated Luke Cage?

The story made absolutely no sense and needed a ton of exposition to tie it together

Why would a sacrifice be needed? Clearly the person dies as a result. You’re telling me these people developed a way to seed a planet using a single person but they couldn’t figure out how to do it without killing someone in the process?

Ummm... wha?

I didn’t understand Battlefield Earth, but more in a “how could something so bad have been released in theaters” kind of way.

Was that Earth? Was this an honor or a punishment? Was he aware that he would be seeding life or was this an unintended consequence?

WOW I haven’t seen so many notifications at once since I dared to voice an opinion over at Kotaku.

The correlation between stoners and grills deeply saddens and offends. It’s well known that being stoned leaves most as slow as a constipated narcoleptic snail, so think about it - what would happen if they were in charge of a steak?
