It depends on how much is used. If all you taste is spicy mayo I'd agree.

It is REALLY good. I can't lay claim to this particular photo, but the spicy poke I've made looks pretty much identical.

The quality of sashimi grade fish at H Mart is pretty high. I wouldn't risk eating it raw otherwise.

Mayo + Sriracha mixed with sashimi grade fish chunks from H Mart with rice on the side = home made spicy fish poke. Sort of like this:
