That was a remarkably snarky response to someone else who likes Pixar. Down, boy. You don't have to correct on everything, they got the gist correct.

It's gotta be better than Cars 2. *shiver*

The Road gave what most apocalyptic fiction skimps on. Realism. The world really is dying. This is probably it, folks. Most people don't like to write stories about that - much less people wanting to read them.

You do realize that it's more so "global climate change" rather than "global warming", right?

The past mild winter has people talking "global warming". Give me 5-10 consecutive mild winters and we'll talk. Mild winters have been happening even before humans came on the scene.

Sounds interesting.

I'll start buying E-books regularly when they ease off on the price. They're not paying a small army to print the dammed things and ship them out, they can't fool me at $12.

Dangit, there you go, using sound logic against me.

When I blow my cartridge, it works for a while but gets all distant and leaves without saying goodbye afterwards.

I call foul. All that's at my house is green - there's no Fortress O' Doom. I expected at least a dungeon or something...

Aw, do I hafta?

I'd be shocked that ANYONE expected this to be anything more than a popcorn movie.

The kids from Rugrats did "All Growed Up" over ten years ago. They'd all be drinking age now. They may even have rugrats of their own.

This list is sort of silly. I'm not even sure what "singularity" means. I chose "suspended animation" because that's at least attainable.

Aliens, on a stop through our solar system millions of years ago, stopped to get solar power and mine some raw materials from Mercury.

MY EYES! MY EYES! NEVER WILL I NOT FOLLOW ROBBIECDA'S EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS EVER AGAIN!

I'm no expert on Eastern Culture, but it seems odd that folks who typically use a curt head bow would be developing this.

Derek, I'm in Pittsburgh, and you can come join my ragtag bunch of misfits come the apocalypse. Tell the guards Rufus said it was okay. :D

I think it will be bad, but not BAD bad. Fiction needs bad forces to keep up viewer/reader interest, so the moment the world collapses the wilds are immediately populated by marauders. I don't think the reality would be quite so. I'm sure there would really be bad guys, but far more folks perfectly willing to work
