I love tall buildings, but there's no market for them. There's plenty of space in Downtown areas, and most skyscrapers are never fully rented out.

The more I think of it, the more perfect for the role he would be. He may not match Ian Holm, but he would fit well in the Bilbo Gandalf asked to come along as a burglar.
