@kikiembryonic: Meh, I probably look like a dumpy hobo a lot because there is nothing more comfortable than a maxi dress! I just try to get pretty colours and patterns so that I at least look like a stylish dumpy hobo.

My dog, Sophie, admittedly has a boring name, but she shines in the nickname department: Little Lady Pee-Pants, Sophie Bean, and occasionally Hellspawn. She will also answer to EXTREMELY BAD DOG!

@carrot-toss: Agreed. Also I found the whole concept really creepy. Unfortunately, one of my nephews LOVES it so it is on every time we go visit him.

@girlarchaeologist: Hmmm so all they had to do is chuck some All Bran at the angels; problem solved!

Re mask 3: I'm thinking it would be best if you don't take your eyes off of her....BUT DON'T LOOK IN HER EYES!!!

Hey Lady Gaga, want to put us all in a state of shock and awe? Wear some freaking pants! We are all used to no-pants Gaga so it isn't shocking and is pretty played out.

@Canadarling: Aaaah, I love it! FROOOOOOOOOOOOOGGGG!

I can't even laugh at this because I have gone bat-shit crazy like this over....moths. Yup, moths. I wish I could save this style of epic freak-outs for something scary, like a snake!

@wordinedgewise: My toy poodle plays like this too. That dog is definitely not scared, just having a great time!

@PennyArcadia: I don't thing cash gifts themselves are gauche; we certainly appreciated the few we got. I think the fact that she specified right on her invitations "cash gifts only" was the tacky part. My best friend also got married very recently, and in her culture you give cash gifts, but she didn't feel the

I recently got married and we did eventually decide to register because people kept asking us where we were registered. Since we already lived together and had all the basics, we decided to just register for fun stuff at Williams Sonoma (I love to cook and Mr. PinkUnicorn loves to eat). We had things ranging from $3

@DailyLattes: I am 4'11 and I'm not going to lie, since I lost a lot of weight 9 years ago people have treated me like a cute little pixie (which pisses me off, but anyways...) before that I was a size 18 (which on 4'11 looks a lot bigger than it is) and I was not treated as "cute" or "precious". I was mocked and was

@AmberNicole: UGH the high-end retail snobs!!!!! Why do they assume that height has anything to do with ability to buy?!? I have walked away from $800 boots that I had saved for and planned to buy specifically but walked out after being ignored and then sneered at.

@AlmostDream: So true about short men. Up until I met my husband (who is 5'4 and has absolutely no height issues whatsoever) I never seriously dated any guys shorter than 5'9 because of the "issues". And also because they all always assumed that because I was shorter than them (I'm 4'11) that I SHOULD date them.

@MsWhatsit: This happened to my girlfriend on her honeymoon! They made her produce ID!

@GrappyKat was born after Scott Baio was famous: I wear the same size shoes as you and every time I get that "oh such tiny feet, so lucky!" I want to throw one of my 'tiny elfin shoes' at their head. Oh yeah, so lucky! So lucky that buying shoes is an all-day event filled with disappointment and being treated like I

I am 4'11 and for the most part I like being the height that I am. I love that I can wear super high heels and my 5'4 husband can still feel "tall" next to me, and I have definitely used my height to my advantage getting away with things in the past.

@TellAllYourFriends: Preach! Clothes for all body types! As a 4'11, not-skinny, barely a size 5 foot lady, I hate, hate, HATE shopping. All I want to see is options for everyone. We all have to wear clothes and it shouldn't be such a battle.

Ugh. Articles like this are maddening because it is like written permission for brides to act crazy and demanding. When I got married last year, I gave my three bridesmaids a wide colour spectrum and let them pick their own dresses (so we had a chocolate brown, plum and cranberry). They all ended up with dresses

@ms.attitude: this one? I immediately thought of "madam" when I saw that picture...
