FYI, “slot car race” only implies “glued to the track” to anyone who’s never actually driven a slot car. It requires extreme focus and concentration since the slot is just that...a regular slot for the guide flag. It’s not a “t-slot” where the car is somehow locked into it.

He’s obviously mixing up the actual history of Operation Paul Bunyan with his perverse fantasy world.

You’d have to have tooling that matches the ID of the tubing exactly. Plus, you’d probably need a custom tube support and it would probably still crack because of the thousands of pounds of force you put on it when you’re pressing or hammering it. Taema is referring to a core burning motor. This is an end burner. (See my other response for the deets.)

This is a flawed, poorly made video and entirely inaccurate because the cut black powder grain is exposed to the air. It should burn in a smooth line up from the end of the motor, through the delay charge, then to the ejection charge. That clearly doesn’t happen in this video.

Incorrect, sometimes, but especially in this exact case. (pun intended)
