I think "You can kiss the 3DS buh-bye." is a bit of an overstatement considering how much of the control space this bulky, awkward thing will take up.
I'm glad to know that the blast didn't affect his giant brass balls in the least.
Change the way he thinks about carpentry (especially for US based carps) by buying a Festool setup.
@voltaek: Yeah, 'cause air ducts never work in real life.
@Zonky: Yes, it is all of that, but the multistream handles two channels in one card instead of just one. With the Series 3, I was paying for two cards and two "gateway fees" even though they were in the same box. I believe that is anticompetitive at best since their DVRs don't have to pay double.
@Stem_Sell: From a bicep boil?
@Dancing Milkcarton: How easy is it to get your recorded shows transferred to an iPod or other PMP from DirecTV? Is it as simple as making sure the device is plugged into your PC?
@kaffenated: Yup, you're not married.
@Zonky: At least this version only uses the Multistream card.
@ddhboy: Yeah, that brand new 2010 technology of Cablecards!
@acutelyaware: It's not "an opinion"; it's a farking fact. Lobsters are arthropods, i.e., marine bugs. If you pity a lobster, you'd better damned well pity the same cockroaches you kill in your kitchen or grasshoppers you smash on your windshield.
@Logos11: No, that anyone who bemoans the fate of the lobster yet still doesn't mind killing cockroaches has a world view that isn't based in fact.
And for those of you who are screaming "poor lobsters, stripped alive!"...grow the hell up and get a grip on reality.
@tumes: +1
@Luke: Once again, it's still bad business practices if they're losing money on it. If they only get new customers and don't get any new repeat business out of it, then they're screwing up somewhere, somehow.
I don't feel bad using any Groupons or Restaurant.com certificates. If it's offered, then I will use it.
@Mangino08: 'cause China is where most of our gadgets are made.
@That Guy: none taken.
@That Guy: "Android is still for old people who are behind the times."
