The issue I see is a lack of bed depth, the Honda bed sides look pretty short. When packing a pickup bed with camping gear or a lot of something, you want to be able to pack things below the bed sides if possible. Based solely on volume, the Ridgeline seems to have the least amount of cubic feet available for cargo.

If Lutz was still at GM, I would say that this car is on its way already. The thing is gorgeous and timeless. I really hope GM builds it.

The Lexus styling is definitely objective but the wow factor will wear off in a year or two, and then you’ll be left with a bloated, torque-less wonder car without the performance associated with a six figure car. There’s nothing all that exotic or different about it, it relies on over-styled design and 21" wheels.

True, I’ve even plugged tires without dismounting the tires.

Damn it!

Ungrayed?

Damn it!

Still grayed?

Did you see the video they had posted in the auction, it’s a great video talking about a base C6. Duh people, it’s a ZR1!

Done! Now ungray me please.

I hope nobody compares it to a Stingray at half the price, or a Z06 at a similar price. The Vette will smack it around in every way, even ride quality with the the third-generation Magnetic Selective Ride Control. The Lexus will be an old man’s car more so than the Vette, it’s hard to pay $100K for so little torque.

Now playing

Mopar guy here, I can honestly say that this should be another great SRT8, they are reliable and seemed to do well with a whole lot of power:

I’ve done worse trails in a 2007 Town & Country with decent tires and momentum.

Step up.

I bought (2) Ram 1500 Express pickups with back up cameras, heated seats, limited slip, 3.92 gears, 5.7 Hemi/8 Speed for $35K each, with end of year pricing. They ride very well and actually corner like big muscle cars with their 5-link rear ends. They are quick with 400 horsepower but they also get 21 MPG on highway.

1. Motorcycles will minivan, I know from experience. Plus a minivan can tow a 9' enclosed trailer with your ATV or motorcyle just fine.

It’s pretty much the same engine for 2017, especially if it only has 280 horsepower. There is the advantage of a 6 speed transmission, but the big three have already gone to 8 or 10-speed transmissions.

Honda has tried so hard to make a crossover look manly. Then they show off the trunk and there’s that ridiculous spare sitting right there, so obvious that the truck is such a “life style” poser vehicle. .

I had the same thought. 90's kids unite!

Don’t take that Honda too far off road, if you get a flat that cookie cutter spare won’t get you back. Although I guess with the stock AWD system it’s not going anywhere too gnarly anyhow.
