They need to learn from their other title, Heroes of the Storm. They have a bunch of heroes that break the MOBA mold that could easily transfer over in some capacity for Overwatch. Abathur stays in one area and puts a symbiote over heroes to help them. Maltheal and Tychus deal percentage-based damage and can teleport

This is so goddamn stupid. Blizzard used to get credit for their engineering; specifically how they were able to bridge a gap between players and a system, sometimes by letting players even simply believe things. Now they’re making surface changes so poorly.

I don’t need to do anything, and the idea that 3 seasons lead up to the actual story is laughable.

I had high hopes for the series but nothing in it makes sense. And if somehow it does later, it doesn’t make sense early on enough to keep me interested. Anime has been trash for quite a while now and nothing makes sense. The acting is also really bad.

The 98.9% quit rate figure drawn from comparing day 90 is probably more important as important as you can’t play and master EVE in that much time either, but at least it’s close to trying. Most players only do so much in several years since part of EVE is experiencing giant events on a scale that lasts about that long.

Ignoring an event is a tired cliche. It’s specifically designed so that you won’t or can’t. It takes over everything. They can also incentivize without obtuse games, as they themselves just found out.

I like participating in events and Steam sales used to be really fun. At least friends of mine would pick up all the banners and stuff. Now it’s just confusing. Saying “Just don’t click on the game banner” is a rather ignorant thing to say when they spent thousands of dollars easily (maybe hundreds of thousands) to

They can do that without the dogshit games they come up with for one event. Look at the last winter event.

Events are fine but the confusing events make no sense. They should just make a pretty solid, simple, but depth-like minigame each time if they really want. I remember the clicking shooter for aliens or whatever some time back that was such a grind for little to no reward. Compared to other events like the winter one

The question is then how do these games and thematic events influence sales. I was just as willing to plop down money on some games on sale without a clicking shooting title for aliens or whatever however many sales ago that was. I don’t even remember other sales other than a simple summer themed one with just a beach

I’m still confused as to why they even do these events. They’re so utterly confusing and everyone I know does it like once then gives up. Obviously they must have data on what it does for their sales but at this state they should far prefer a better, thematic sale each time.

My example actually works in this case.

Something that isn’t expressed illegal technically is fine. The issue is that the native land never had to come up with a law. Then you have people who have no understanding of that expected to obey rules and nuance that can take decades to understand. And even then, locals don’t even always agree. It’s not like all

No, they have to be treated like tourists. Children are paired with an adult, but you can’t expect tourists to understand every nuance when it comes to things they might not even know anything about. You’re opening your country to people who might not have stepped into a real museum before or showing them a lake where

That’s not what I’m saying. Those kids are better positioned to get better than you when comparing their life’s time span against yours (for instance, being as good at age 10 for them vs. age 10 for you). They’re not going to be better because things outside their realm have improved but they have more opportunity to

It does. The issue is with generalization. We tend to over and under do it at the same time. For instance, my generation came about at a time of heavy computer use and home computers even. We were kids and we were always thought to be gifted with computers in some sense, but kids only really got good with user

That’s because that statement makes no sense. It’s like saying that if you weren’t around when computers were being invented then you’ll always have a disadvantage when working on them. Research would suggest, if generalized validly, that kids learning fighting games today are at an advantage since they have so many

I’d be more interested in learning about people who make games that sort of rip off an IP in a serious, non-satirical manner (I assume) than make their own.

I acknowledged the money. Doesn’t make life easier.

Cool. But did you read my comment?
