He did play multiple characters. What now?

He didn’t one-trick. Are you dumb or did you just never really get good at the game? Early seasons were dominated by players who dedicated most of their time to one hero - usually twitch heroes like Genji and Tracer. Mercy’s strength early on was undeniable, and competitive required people to dedicate personally to

You’re right.  The meta doesn’t change mostly based on what characters can do.

What tired me and my friends out was the constantly changing meta. I’m neither 16 anymore with hours to kill each day nor do I have the energy to restart my personal progress when the developers change how to play the game. One friend played Mercy in competitive mode and he had to eventually learn about 3-4 heroes.

Seems strange that they haven’t had a Black woman yet since Overwatch is supposed to represent the entire globe. That said, the entitlement some gamers have is weird.

Ease isn’t my consideration.  Others have done it.  They can do it.  And if it isn’t easy, that’s their fault.

Annoying is Sony lying about being unable to implement a feature that they could have - for about 12 years.

Have you not been to or seen Oslo? It isn’t hard. It requires state intervention.

Assets like that are fine. It’s asking one to write a plot half-way that would worry me. And given how many old artists were brought back for TWD, I can only hope they might do the same here.
