The boxes as they are now are fine. I haven’t received a duplicate in ages. As long as I can earn a box and 4 items, with varying rarity, that’s fine. I was against them at first but they’re neutral at best now. Not “really good”, just neutral.

I think you answered your own question: people don’t want to play supports as they are so they have to package them as something else. A single support shouldn’t be carrying a team anyway.

I and what feels like only several others complained about this maybe just a year ago or longer. It was seen as whining. Now almost the entire community has flipped. One thing I didn’t realize about the change to Mercy is that it made Symmetra’s teleporter far more viable now. No one else can bring back a team quite as quickly.

Even without a comparison to Overwatch I felt disappointed by the game’s limited but busy nature. It was too chaotic and jumbled. I had high hopes and even though I wasn’t going to play it I was hoping it would still be on the market.
