I flat out refuse to believe there's no recourse for a UK business that has sent out the wrong product in error. If there were not, a disgruntled employee could do way too much damage simply by launching costly orders at random to lucky consumers. The risk to a business is far too great.

This is my opinion.
Sometimes I drop beacuase into a conversation and nobody gets it.
They do that on purpose. Having everyone singing on top of each other further emphasizes the conflict at hand. I'm not saying it isn't overdone, but there is sound reason behind it. They want it to be a wall of noise.
