Hopefully lawmakers finally kick into gear on this binding arbitration nonsense. Many people would say “if you don’t like it, don’t do business with them”, but as more and more companies require them, who are you going to do business with? Being forced to sign away your legal rights just to buy a product is wrong.

I read that “keeping up with the Dinklebots” and was going to point out that Bungie has replaced Dinklage with North. Then I realized this made no sense and reread it.

Great points.

I don’t know if my inbox could stand the heat if I did, but damn that’s such a good idea.

Good points.

You should do another similar article on Political Party loyalty and point out how people blindly vote against their own interest because they confuse a political party as being the same as a sports team and become die hard fans regardless of the outcome for everyone.

Lol I hear you; I’ve been trying not to look. But this makes my day—thank you!

Yeah, I feel like expenses (from big ones like rent/real estate, to utility costs, to grocery prices) are much more in bounds. It helps you figure out if you are paying a reasonable amount, what it would cost if you were to trade up or down, how prices are changing, all that stuff. It’s especially valuable if you are

All hail Inbox.

you can go into your gmail account have gmail fetch other accounts so they all go into inbox.

Yeah, that is why we didn’t include it, but we can throw a little blip in there about it. After all, Eric is in love with it.

I get your visceral dislike of anti-vaccinators (I feel the same way)... but really, a nice write up about why the very logical idea of spreading out vaccines out is counter-intuitively a bad idea is a good thing for people to read.

@Piccles. 100% agree, thumbs up etc. Morality is an intrinsic part of not lying. If you do not include the morality and treat it as a traffic ticket you are not giving an incentive to stop the bad behavior rather you are encouraging them to find ways to beat the system. Analogous to radar detectors, being aware of

I feel like I’ve been saying this stuff for so long that surely everyone must know it by now. I mean...no one’s gonna read this article, right? Because everyone knows it? And this is common knowledge? And I’m just wasting my time? Please?

I guess I should re-enable the old Wallet app then or I’ll miss the update.

BUT I NEED IT

Sounds like you are happy with your tablet and don’t need a Chromebook. I much prefer having a full browser though.

I think I’d be a lot less okay with it if T-Mobile weren’t being pretty up front about what they’re doing. They’ve specifically called out 3,000 users who are engaging in intentional behavior to circumvent widely known restrictions and using huge amounts of data. As long as they’re honest about who’s being targeted,

“Thanks for spelling this out, but ffs it’s all unnecessarily complicated.”

It’s about time to upgrade my aging 1st Gen Moto X ... I think I’ll just buy a new Moto X next month outright and not have to deal with all this mess.
