There’s no particular reason this couldn’t be done in software. This phone can be set up on Google Fi without a physical SIM card. If the carriers supported it, the phone could be set up in a similar way on any carrier without a SIM card.

With Google Assistant on Android, you can select the app that the note gets sent to with the “note to self” command. (Or at least you used to be able to, I suppose it’s possible this has changed). So even if you don’t use Google Keep, you should be able to set it to send those notes straight to Evernote or something…

It’s been doing this automatically for ages, when watching multiple episodes in a row. And I HATE it. As you mentioned, some shows have actual content before the intro. It’s cool as an option (as described in this article) but terrible as an automatic feature.

I did the math when I was in college. Even if you live in a dorm with no way to cook for yourself, going to the dining hall and directly paying for the food itself would have cost like half of what the “mean plan” cost. And if you lived on campus, you were required to get a meal plan anyway. It felt like theft.

I see positive things like this all the time for DSC, so when I tried it a few months ago I was incredibly disappointed. The site was easy to use, customer service was friendly, their whole silly attitude is entertaining, everything about them was great... except the razors themselves.

I wish they would just seperate the hardware and software, like with PCs. You get whatever phone you want, then you can install whatever version of the OS you want on it. I could pick between stock android, TouchWiz, Sense, etc, and for people who want the updates they could just choose to stick with stock android.
