I agree with pretty much all of that :-)

Far more important, is don't move an Xbox 360 while it's on and the disk is in the tray. Don't touch it. Don't even look at it. Or it will scratch the disc all to hell. The only explanation is that I assume 360's use a razor blade instead of a lens to read the discs.

Haha you all know I don't mean the ending :P

I love games with a grand epic story too. And something that's incredibly important to that is immersion. It's so much more than a buzzword. I cried during a particular scene in ME3 (anyone who's played it probably knows what part I'm talking about) and that's because of immersion. I felt like a part of the world, I

Reading this article was worth it just to see this wonderful comment :)

My thoughts exactly. You're donating, not investing. Should I demand money from Goodwill since I donated stuff to them and they are now a big company? No, of course not, that would be ridiculous. People are welcome to be disappointed in the sale, I was at first, as I read more about it I see there are some potential

I hope they put the stock Camera/Gallery app on the Play store soon. I guess technically the calculator is missing too, but it's such a basic one I disable it and install a better calculator app anyways, they can remove the stock one from existence for all I care. But the stock Camera/Gallery have some neat features,

You could always install CyanogenMod on it, if that's something you're comfortable doing. If not, you can disable some of HTC's apps but you likely won't be able to really turn off everything.

Yeah I completely understand why stuff expires, and it's not really Netflix's fault. But they need to be upfront about it and show us the dates. That's one thing I like about Hulu, they clearly show expiration dates, and you can even get emails when shows in your queue are about to expire.

Short version: it goes slower at the top, so it can have a tighter loop, and it's faster at the bottom so it needs a shallower loop so the forces don't kill you.

Yeah I completely agree. The form factor looks good, maybe a bit more awkward to read but probably much more comfortable to wear. But I think they're just shooting themselves in the foot by making it only work on Samsung phones.

There is already basically an Android version of this, that I believe costs $99, so a comparable price point to the this theoretical Apple TV. Ever heard of the Ouya? Great concept, but last I heard it's not doing so great. Granted, this is a third-party device, if Apple released an Apple TV like the one above I'm

Installing CM does of course fix pretty much every gripe I have with it. Front facing stereo speakers does sound like a good feature, tablets rarely have them on the front, they really need to start doing that more often. My ears are not somehow behind the tablet when I'm watching stuff.

"One of the best tablets you can buy"? I highly disagree with this statement. E-ink kindles are great for reading, because of the e-ink display. But Kindle Fires are in some limbo between an e-reader and a tablet, without the benefits of either. It doesn't have the e-ink display of a real e-reader, and it doesn't have

Haha, my favorite part is that phones are 21 months, and yet were all over 24 month contracts. How wonderful!

As soon as I have all the appropriate forms from my employer, bank, etc, I open up turbotax.com and file electronically. I get it all done on one afternoon. I got my federal return a while ago, still waiting on my state return though.

We already have this here in the states, without a law. All phones, tablets, etc. use micro-USB. It's incredibly convenient, I love that my old phone, my new phone, and my tablet all use the same cords. It's been this way for a little while now. There's even a Chromebook that charges via micro-USB. There are some

I really don't need that much storage space, because I don't buy movies, music, or stuff like that very often. I use streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Google Music All Access) for media, so mostly I just need to store documents and pictures.

That's actually a really good point about ISP data caps. It's something I always forget to consider because I have always had TWC which doesn't have them, but if the merger goes through then that's something I'll likely have to deal with in the near future...

Wait... I'm confused. Why is Microsoft against this? They've been allowing Windows to be installed on custom built machines and Mac machines for years. Theoretically, if the hardware is capable of running both OS's, couldn't someone just buy a machine running Android and install Windows just like people do with Mac
