This is purely anecdotal but I’ve found that a lot of black/asian/whatever people are under the assumption that only white people can be racist. This makes them giant hypocrites, for one, and also giant racists themselves.

There are differences in the extreme to which each went but the point is that both have publicly said racist things it’s a fair point. It in no way justifies his behavior, just points out that a person who says racist things is hypocritically calling out racism.
