That's the case exactly, if you look at the task manager you'll see a bunch of apps with an orange "suspended" next to them.

I'm typing this from Windows 8. I'm positive that the Metro UI is going to to be awesome on tablets and other touch screen devices. But so far it is very difficult to use with a Wacom tablet or a laptop touch pad (haven't tried mouse yet). The thing is, our current interface devices just weren't meant to scroll…
Was it bootable?
I tried this USB method and it's a no go, it's a 4GB Fat32 SanDisk Cruzer so it should be fine but the USB/DVD tool gives me an error:

I'd like to be using one of those devices, and no, they would not look the same this many years later. In fact if you look at the Asus ep121 Slate it's quite nice looking and runs actual programs.
Anyone seen this Samsung photo frame from 2006? Look familiar?
I have a laptop with a small Wacom tablet and I also have a tablet. I'd rather have a tablet that runs Windows with a Wacom digitizer built into the screen.

It says Windows like it's a bad thing. I love my tablet, I'm typing on it now, but I also dream of getting an Asus ep121 slate, which runs *gasp!* Windows 7!
I hope so.
Apples skill has always been about marketing.
It seems believable, when I had to exchange my iphone (3 times) they couldn't tell me if it was new or a refurb. The the guy there said they had no way of knowing.
As I understand it he was already beaten up, they came along after and found him like that.
double post
At one point I smoked and had an iPhone. Luckily I quit both. The phone was far easier. I just got so tired of apple's BS that I was even more thrilled to get an Android.
It's better because of the official SDK.
I thought this Lion came out a while ago.
First everyone wanted Minority Report tech, now it's Gattaca tech.
