Oh I saw. I am grinning ear to ear. I do not say that in any figurative sense. I really am grinning right now.

Then you’ll also be happy to hear that average power and torque goes up 75 horsepower and 64 lb.-ft. from 5,500 rpm to redline.

But those are just peak numbers. Ford says at 6,000 rpm, horsepower goes up by 100 ponies, and that between 2,500 and 5,000 rpm, average horsepower and torque go up by 40 HP and 60 lb-ft, respectively.

No, I actually meant 100.

Though perhaps I should have underlined it, emboldened it and put exclamation points around it. Because damn.

But yeah, it’s believable. That’s equivalent to about an 87 lb-ft increase in torque at 6,000 rpm.

Hey man, that’s a real cool Forester you got there.

I’d be interested in seeing the actual weight differences of the two engines as well as the overall weight and distribution of the car after the swap.

Any other combustion engine is more interesting than a LS swap.

How does turboing change the displacement?

That’s not homicide. It is capital punishment for the crime of destroying an American icon.

No not at all. When you defile a Mustang like that, you reap what you sow.

The person who did this to that poor mustang deserves the most agonizing and drawn out death ever conceived in the history of humanity. This is worse than every old Ford with a SBC combined.

They can take my shit if they want it, but, if they are coming in my house, they are not coming after things, they are coming after myself or my child. To me, this implies it is choice between them or me, and in this scenario, they will not be the winner.

Hairpins are for girls. Want to open the lock like a man?

And while you are on one side of the door using a hairpin to open it, on the other side, someone is using a key to open their trigger lock.
