Dark horse theory: They got their first taste of having a video blow up and assumed the gravy train was here to stay, so they started spending. When the gravy train moved to the next idiot with a camera, they were taken completely by surprise.
All of these videos have a strong stench of fakeness, an attempt to get their name (and more importantly face) “out there” so they can become, say, an internet celeb. Social media fame chasers have made me skeptical of 99.4% of the crazy shit that’s supposed to be legit.
Migaloo sounds like one of those brands you see on Amazon or Temu with multiple choices of basically the same thing
To be fair, guard rails aren’t designed with collisions perpendicular to the rail in mind. They’re there so if someone is following traffic going parallel to the rails starts to veer off course it corrals them back in, they’re not meant to be some impenetrable wall you smash into like that.
There is nothing quite as sad as outdated and forgotten UI elements like this. old CD rom based nav systems, early ford Sync systems. man they are all so terrible after just a couple of years.
Is Wasteland Steve the new Fancy Kristen? I’m here for it.
What he was doing wouldn’t be legal in any of the places splitting is permitted.
What kills me is declaring the accident the result of too much confidence and too little skill. No, buddy. The accident was the result of you being a borderline sociopath with a license and a rocketship between your legs. He should never be allowed on a motorcycle again.
You’re correct, the Ioniq 6 (and 5 and all the other Hyundai-Kia eGMP vehicles, for that matter) are not directly eligible for the $7,500 federal credit.
Video only is not a great format for these.
Am I just getting old that this seems shocking to someone?
Also, if you have a loaded weapon in your vehicle and you are pulled over, the first thing you tell the officer is that you have a loaded weapon in your vehicle.
We have several Brother all-in-ones at work, and they also do this. The worst part is that we only print in black-and-white but still have to replace the color cartridges to make them functional again.
My experience with a Brother all-in-one B&W laser printer has been nothing but excellent, the only time it failed to print is on a new computer and I hadn’t downloaded the drivers. After I fixed it, no problems.
FWIW, similar to the comment above I gave up on color inkjet over 10 years ago. I went to laser (toner) brother and it’s been a breath of fresh air that I can depend on the printer to print when I sent a job. With the inkjet, the simplest one page print job for the kids homework would be sending me to the store.…
I threw a 9-month old Brother all-in-one in the trash... I don’t print much, but every time I needed to print something, sure as Hell... One cartridge or the other was dry... The ink in Brothers just evaporates whether or not you use it... Printers didn’t used to do this.. I’ve owned Epsons, Canons, and HPs in the…
