Between this car and the Pantera, there is tons of room in the engine bay. Disconnect the the exhaust, remove the cover, roll it under a hoist, and you’ll have that Ford small block out in an hour.

VW Beetle swing axle rear suspension. As the wheel travels up and down, it moves in an arc with a radius of about 30 inches. So in the photo, the car is lightly loaded on that wheel and has positive camber. When heavily loaded, it would have negative camber. The Beetle used it until ‘69, then switched to IRS.
